I thought I had reviewed this. Apparently not. This is the 10th book in the mystery fantasy series. Unlike the other novels which have reveled in the heat of the summer this takes place in winter. A new force is trying to move in on illegal activities in Chicago. Harry must deal with this as well as a group of psychotic billy goats. It's been a while since I read this. I don't remember much about it come to think of it. I do remember this was good though.Recommended.
