Best of the year 2009
Following my usual tendencies this post is a little late. Last year I read 196 books. About half of those have been reviewed on the blog. I'll probably turn out a few more in the upcoming days. Of those books I read and reviewed here are the best.

Hmm, ever since I read about Che Guevara keeping a record of his reading choices over the years, I have begun doing the same.
I wish I had begun that process sooner, although I was still able to partially reconstruct my high school years.
When did you begin? My personal idea is to encourage my children early to keep a journal, although I'm kind of putting the cart before the horse here. Maybe I should find a girlfriend before I think about how I want to raise kids. ;-)
When I was 13 or 14 I started keeping a spreadsheet although that was more what I owned then what I read. In 2006 I joined LibraryThing. The best $25 [for a lifetime membership] I ever spent.
